Ayman serves as Technical Director at Besterra while also working hands-on as a Full-Stack Engineer. During his time with us, he has demonstrated a strong ability to combine technical leadership with practical execution. One of the things I value most about Ayman is the level of ownership he brings to his work. When he takes responsibility for a technical area, I rarely need to follow up on the details. He approaches the work as an end-to-end responsibility, from understanding requirements and making sound technical decisions to implementation, testing, and resolving issues before delivery. Ayman does not approach software development as simply writing code. He thinks about system architecture, scalability, user experience, edge cases, and the problems that may emerge as a product evolves. He is also effective at identifying risks early and proposing practical solutions before they become larger obstacles. As a Full-Stack Engineer, he is comfortable working across the different layers of a product, with a solid understanding of how the frontend, application logic, databases, APIs, and operational requirements fit together. In his role as Technical Director, I also value his ability to explain technical decisions clearly and connect engineering choices to broader product and business objectives. This makes communication with him effective across both technical and non-technical teams, in Arabic and English. For high-priority projects, I need someone who does more than execute requirements. I need someone who understands why we are building something, takes responsibility for the technical decisions, and remains accountable for the final outcome. That is one of Ayman's strongest qualities. I trust Ayman to lead and execute important technical work at Besterra, and I consider his reliability, attention to detail, technical judgment, and ability to combine leadership with hands-on execution among his strongest professional qualities.

I had the pleasure of working with Ayman on the Holme Engineering website project. He was responsible for developing the platform and demonstrated a solid understanding of modern web technologies and system structure. Ayman paid great attention to performance, code quality, and overall user experience, delivering a reliable and well-implemented solution. He was easy to work with, responsive, and maintained clear communication throughout the project. Ayman is a dependable and skilled full stack developer, and a great addition to any team.

I supervised a freelancing training program at EFE that Ayman was part of. He approached it differently from most participants. He wasn't there simply to collect a certificate. As a developer, he wanted to understand how the work actually gets won and delivered. He asked about the parts most trainees tend to skip: how to price a project, how to handle a client who changes their mind, and what to do when a deadline is at risk. He attended every session, came prepared, and followed through on things long after the sessions ended. He treated the training as the beginning of something, not the end of it. Since then, he has continued working with clients and putting what he learned into practice. I expect a great deal from him, and I wish him every success in what lies ahead.

I had the opportunity to train Ayman during our freelancing program, and he quickly stood out for his reliability, independence, and commitment to quality. What impressed me most was his approach to feedback. When I gave him notes, he didn't simply make quick fixes, he took the time to understand the issue and improve the work properly. He consistently delivered on the timelines he committed to, without needing constant follow-up. As a software company manager and trainer, I value these qualities highly. Ayman is someone I can confidently recommend to clients and teams looking for a dependable developer who takes ownership of his work and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
